1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Neon Snake, published by Dmytro Astapov under the publishing name InkFusionNova.

It may also apply to another InkFusionNova application if that application expressly links to this Privacy Policy.

Neon Snake does not require users to create a separate InkFusionNova or Neon Snake account in order to play.

Certain optional features may use Google Play Games Services. Users may choose whether to use those features, subject to Google Play Games availability and settings.

4. Categories of Information Processed

Depending on the features used, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, Neon Snake and its integrated service providers may collect or process the following categories of information:

• approximate location derived from information such as an IP address;
• device, advertising, app-set, account, or similar identifiers;
• app interactions, including app launches, taps, ad views, and other interactions;
• diagnostic and performance information, such as app or SDK launch time, responsiveness, hangs, and energy usage;
• gameplay progress, scores, statistics, settings, virtual items, and other in-game activity;
• purchase-related information, such as product identifiers, purchase status, entitlements, and purchase tokens;
• Google Play Games player information, such as a player ID, display name, and profile image or avatar;
• information submitted to leaderboards or stored through Google Play Games Saved Games.

Neon Snake does not receive or store full payment card numbers, bank account credentials, or other complete payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by Google Play.

5. Information Stored on Your Device

Neon Snake stores certain game information locally on your device so that the game can operate and remember your progress and preferences.

This may include:

• game progress, scores, and level status;
• language, sound, graphics, and control preferences;
• virtual currencies, cosmetic items, and equipment;
• purchase entitlements and processed purchase references;
• locally generated game profile identifiers;
• other game state required for app functionality.

Some device or operating-system backup features may also preserve app data according to your Android and Google account settings.

Information may be processed to:

• operate and provide the game and its features;
• save, restore, and synchronize game progress;
• remember user preferences and settings;
• provide leaderboards and other Play Games features;
• provide and measure advertising;
• process and restore in-app purchases;
• detect fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, and security issues;
• diagnose technical problems and app performance;
• comply with legal, regulatory, security, and platform requirements.

7. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation or similar law applies, information may be processed on one or more of the following legal bases:

• Consent, including where consent is required for personalized advertising or related storage and access;
• Performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide requested game features or complete an in-app purchase;
• Legitimate interests, such as maintaining security, preventing fraud, ensuring technical operation, and improving reliability, where those interests are not overridden by user rights;
• Legal obligations, where processing is required by applicable law.

8. Advertising and Google AdMob

Neon Snake uses Google AdMob to provide rewarded advertisements and related advertising functionality.

Rewarded advertisements are initiated by the user and may provide optional in-game benefits. A user may decline to watch an advertisement; in that case, the related optional reward or accelerated benefit will not be provided.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information such as IP address, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostic information, advertising identifiers, app-set identifiers, and other device or account identifiers.

This information may be used for advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

Advertising consent and privacy choices

Where required by applicable law, Neon Snake uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request, record, or manage privacy and advertising choices.

A privacy message may be shown when required based on factors such as the user's region, previous choices, and applicable law. Where available, users may reopen privacy options from the app or use relevant Google and device privacy settings.

Ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited depending on consent, region, device settings, service availability, and applicable legal requirements.

9. Google Play Games Services

Neon Snake may provide optional features through Google Play Games Services, including sign-in, player identity, leaderboards, and Saved Games or cloud-related functionality.

If a user chooses to use these features, Google may process information such as player ID, display name, avatar, gameplay data, leaderboard submissions, and saved game information.

Some game progress and settings may be transmitted to and retained by Google Play Games Saved Games when cloud features are enabled.

Choosing not to use Google Play Games Services does not prevent access to the game's locally available core functionality, although features that depend on Play Games may be unavailable.

10. In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing

Neon Snake may offer optional purchases of digital content, virtual items, virtual currency, entitlements, or other in-game benefits.

Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Google processes payment credentials and the financial transaction. Neon Snake may receive purchase-related information required to provide, verify, consume, restore, or manage a purchased digital product.

InkFusionNova does not receive or store full payment card details or online-banking credentials.

11. Analytics and Crash Reporting

The current version of Neon Snake does not integrate a separate third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK such as Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Crashlytics.

Integrated Google services may nevertheless process their own diagnostic, performance, interaction, security, and service telemetry as described in this Privacy Policy and their own documentation.

If separate analytics, crash-reporting, or other third-party services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the relevant Google Play disclosures will be updated as required.

12. Sharing of Information

InkFusionNova does not sell personal information for money.

Information may be collected, processed, or shared with Google and its advertising or service partners as necessary to provide advertising, purchases, player services, cloud save, security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, legal compliance, and other app functionality.

Under certain privacy laws, some advertising-related disclosure or processing may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a similar legally defined activity even when personal information is not sold for money.

Where applicable, users may exercise available privacy choices through the consent or privacy controls presented in the app, Google account settings, or device settings.

13. Third-Party Services and Policies

Google services operate under Google's own terms, privacy policies, and data-retention practices. InkFusionNova does not control all processing performed independently by Google or other authorized advertising partners.

14. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide requested functionality, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud, satisfy legal obligations, or comply with platform requirements.

• Local game data may remain on the device until it is reset, cleared, removed by the operating system, or the app is uninstalled.
• Data stored through Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, or other Google services is retained according to the applicable Google service settings and retention policies.
• Purchase records may be retained by Google where required for transaction records, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal, or service purposes.

15. Resetting Progress and Deleting Data

Neon Snake does not create a separate InkFusionNova account. Therefore, the app cannot delete a user's Google account or Google Play Games profile.

The app may provide controls to reset locally stored game progress and, where supported and available, request deletion of the Neon Snake Saved Games data associated with Google Play Games.

Resetting game progress does not necessarily delete:

• a Google account or Google Play Games profile;
• Google Play purchase history;
• previously submitted leaderboard scores;
• advertising, transaction, security, or diagnostic data retained by Google under its own policies.

Users may also manage relevant Play Games information through their Google Play Games or Google account settings.

16. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on the user's location and applicable law, users may have rights concerning their personal information, including rights to:

• request information about relevant data processing;
• request access to personal information;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion, where legally applicable;
• request restriction of certain processing;
• object to certain processing;
• withdraw consent for future processing;
• request data portability where applicable and technically feasible;
• submit a complaint to a competent data-protection authority.

These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and technical limitations. Data controlled independently by Google may need to be managed through the relevant Google service or by contacting Google.

17. International Data Processing

Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the user's country of residence.

Where required, applicable legal safeguards are used by the relevant service provider for international data transfers. Users should consult Google's Privacy Policy for information about Google's processing locations and transfer mechanisms.

Neon Snake is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.

InkFusionNova does not knowingly request that children under 13 directly submit personal information to InkFusionNova. However, third-party services integrated into the application may process information as described in this Privacy Policy and according to their own policies.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration of information under InkFusionNova's control.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application, integrated services, legal requirements, or data-processing practices change.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the application or another appropriate method where required.
